Autumn Sweet Treat

For the young and the young at heart...

Apple Pie Ice Cream
1 can frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
1/3 c coconut milk
1 apple, quartered
1/2 vanilla bean or 1 t vanilla extract
1/4 t cinnamon
1 banana
3 c ice cubes

In a blender combine all the ingredients.
Transfer to an ice cream maker and turn on.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to make ice cream in my Cuisinart.
Top w/pecans, raisins or chopped apples. Enjoy!
