F.I.T. Program Purpose: To give Active Agers a multi-mode training experience to maximize their potential to be Champions at Living!
We aim is to train Active Agers to progressively improve their body awareness, breath awareness, stability, postural strength, agility, mobility, stamina and endurance to be able to handle all that life brings each and every day.

Semi-Private or Group Classes
Offered as 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.
We work with seniors to support their ability to feel safe and to prolong their sense of independence at home and in unfamiliar environments. Each workout is designed to:
- Increase & sustain functional strength
- Practice fall prevention & mobility training
- Enhance balance & stability
- Improve circulation & oxygen levels
- Rehearse strategies of common-place activities that are no longer common-place
Safe at Home Fall Prevention One-on-One Sessions
Offered as 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.
The goal is to reduce preventable injuries, loss of independences, costs and deaths associated with falls among seniors and people with disabilities by providing personal training to individuals at risk.
Our senior specialized trainers create individualized programming that progresses our clients towards achieving their movement goals. Each workout is filled with camaraderie, inspiration and challenge that brings out the fortitude and spirit of each client.
The five main areas of development include:
1. Balance
2. Strength/Resistance Training
3. Breathing techniques/Aerobic Fitness
4. Stretching/Flexibility
5. Posture

Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR! Moves) Classes
Offered as 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.
"PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery" is geared to those with Parkinson's who want to exercise in a way that is modified for them and their needs. Healthy exercise habits have been shown to mitigate symptoms and improve everyday life for those living with Parkinson's. Our training helps us focus on giving you the tools to live your healthiest and most active life possible! With an emphasis on neuroplasticity, we incorporate brain exercises along with research based physical exercise. This pushes the individual to optimize brain repair/adaptation. We also work on improving balance and stability. These exercises focus on footwork and assist in improving day-to-day life.
Offered as 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.
"PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery" is geared to those with Parkinson's who want to exercise in a way that is modified for them and their needs.
