How are your placement services offered at no charge, yet you are a for-profit business?
We generally receive a referral payment from the community that you select. Some communities do not pay fees to referral agents. We may still work with such communities and forgo our fee if upon assessment we deem them to be a top choice for your family. Most of the communities we work with enjoy having us tour their facility because we take the time to build relationship with both our clients and the communities we work with so that we can find the right fit for each transition we help facilitate.

How is COVID-19 effecting senior living communities?
All RCFE's must comply with the CDSS who determine how state and national regulations are to be followed. As of February 2022, mask mandates and full vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test must be provided to be allowed inside the community. However, each community can decide how they conduct family/friend visits. Depending on the community, visits may be held in the resident's dwelling or a designated outside area.
