This provides greater support for the family by enabling you to delegate certain responsibilities to Next Step and allowing our trusted team to act as your family surrogate. All care management packages are customized to suit the needs of each client.

Registered Nurse Assessment
Need an extra measure of support? We offer you the service of having your loved one receive an in-depth evaluation from a Registered Nurse (RN). This medical assessment provides a comprehensive benchmark to establish the best care plan of action whether you choose to stay in the home or move to a community. This service includes:
- Vitals & Skin exam
- Review of medical records
- Mini Mental Dementia exam
- Family consultation/review of findings
