This becomes your home’s go-to manual, capturing the details that matter most, including in-home safety protocols. With your input, we build a Team Playbook for caregivers, care providers, and family care partners, guiding how everyone interacts, collaborates and appropriately responds.

Caregivers love working with Next Step and our clients because they’re work environment has structure, support and client consistency. Next Step Senior Care, Inc. is not the employer of the caregiver we refer to you. Once working in your home, the caregiver may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the domestic worker performs his or her work you may have employer responsibilities, including employment taxes and workers’ compensation, under state and federal law. Adult Day Care Referrals
