Fitness Programs for Seniors

Our Functional Integrative Training programs are comprehensive and customizable, tailored to each participant’s needs. We help you discover your strengths and identify areas that we will help you achieve improvement in. Our sessions can be taught in person or via zoom.

Our Training Process Begins with an Assessment that evaluates your functional movement balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. These assessments prioritize safety, focusing on functional abilities over peak performance.  

Our Placement Process to Training Programs for Active Agers incorporate:

We develop personalized plans for you to work with a trainer and recommendations to work independently.  Our trainers track your progress for accountability

Class Formats

Semi-Private or Group Classes

Available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. These classes support safety, independence, and confidence both at home and in the community.

One-on-One Sessions: Safe at Home Fall Prevention

Falls are the leading cause of preventable injuries among seniors. Our fall prevention training is tailored for individuals at higher risk.

  • Personalized one-on-one sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

  • Focus on reducing fall risk and maintaining independence

  • Strategies include home safety modifications, balance exercises, and safe behavior rehearsal

  • Optional medication review/assessment by a registered nurse

Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR! Moves)

Our PWR! Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery classes are designed for those living with Parkinson’s disease. Each session combines brain and body exercises to promote neuroplasticity, improve balance, and maintain independence.

Benefits include:

  • Exercises tailored to Parkinson’s progression

  • Focus on footwork, stability, and agility

  • Brain exercises paired with physical training for optimal adaptation
